About The Theme
This year's Denim & Diamonds theme puts a sophisticated Western twist on gala style, inspired by the glamour of the CMA Awards. Guests are encouraged to embrace elevated Western fashion in whatever makes them feel their best.
Whether you choose a formal gown or cocktail dress with sparkling accessories, a chic short dress, or dark designer denim paired with boots, a blazer, or a stylish Western-inspired jacket, the goal is polished, festive, and fun. Think rhinestones, turquoise, leather accents, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, and plenty of sparkle—where country charm meets red-carpet elegance.

Why a Styled Shoot?
With this year’s departure from the traditional black-tie attire, we want to give Phoenix Ball guests a little inspiration.
We’re creating a Denim & Diamonds Style Guide that will help introduce the 2027 theme, inspire guests as they plan their looks and set the stage for this year’s event. That’s where you come in.
We’re inviting a select group of people to get dressed up, have some fun, and help us bring Denim & Diamonds to life. All we need from you is a little of your time—we’ll take care of the rest!

What To Expect
Come ready to have fun! This is meant to be an easy, relaxed afternoon with friends while helping us create something special for the 2027 Phoenix Ball.
Our stylist will help coordinate your looks ahead of the shoot, and we’ll take care of the details from there.
Most importantly, please keep our little secret for now. Denim & Diamonds hasn’t made its official debut yet, and no one is expecting a style guide! We’re excited for you to be among the first to experience it.

Styling & Fitting
Our Nashville stylist will meet with you at Meagan & Kaleb Scharmahorn’s home to select and fit your looks for the shoot.
30-minute fitting appointments will be available throughout the day. Simply choose the time that works best for you when you sign up.
02.
Sunday, November 1
2:30 PM — Arrive
Please arrive with your hair and makeup ready to go. Nothing fancy is necessary—just get ready as you would for a fun evening out with friends.
2:30–3:30 PM — Let’s Get Dressed Up!
We’ll get everyone into their styled looks and add the finishing touches.
3:30–5:30 PM — Styled Shoot
Lights, camera, Denim & Diamonds! We’ll capture the photos that will help introduce this year’s theme and inspire our 2027 Phoenix Ball guests.
5:30 PM & Beyond — Stay Awhile
We’ll have drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres available, so when the shoot wraps, there’s no need to rush off. Feel free to hang out with us as long as you’d like!
